Abstract
Tema završnog rada se naziva Periodni sustav elemenata. Na samome početku povijesnog pregleda opisana je drevna i suvremena povijest slaganja elemenata da bi došli do tvoraca periodnog sustava elemenata: Meyera i Mendeljejeva. Nadalje, spomenuta su obilježja periodnog sustava elemenata kroz periode i skupine. U nastavku se upoznajemo sa elektronskom konfiguracijom i nekim fizikalnim svojstvima periodičnosti. Na kraju upoznajemo neke novije elemente i spominjemo važnost kemijskih elemenata za čovjeka.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final paper is called the Periodic Table of the Elements. At the very beginning of the historical review, the ancient and modern history of the arrangement of elements is described in order to reach the creators of the periodic table of elements: Meyer and Mendeleev. Furthermore, the features of the periodic table of elements through periods and groups are mentioned. Below we get acquainted with the electronic configuration and some physical properties of periodicity. Finally, we get to know some newer elements and mention the importance of chemical elements for humans.
